Apologies to our shower my baby customers who experienced problems making payments on Monday 25th March 2013. This was due to the online Worldpay banking system being down for most of the day. Worldpay, which used to be owned by RBS plc is one of the largest processing companies in the world and operates in over 40 countries and has until yesterday an excellent service record.  Hence shower my baby has chosen them to handle securely it’s card processing operations for many years. The system is now back to normal and no security issue with card details occurred, as expected from a company of it’s size and reputation. They are undergoing a full investigation.
