Is Organic Food Best For Your Baby?

Of course we all want to give your baby the very best start. Babies’ bodies are young and vulnerable and growing rapidly – their organs, immune systems and other vital body systems are at an important stage of development.

So it’s good to know that organic means natural, pure and healthy with no harmful chemical pesticide residues or other unwanted extras.

On average, organic foods contain higher levels of vitamin C and essential minerals, as well as protective antioxidants and Omega 3 – which are perfect for your growing baby.

So it is something to consider to whether you decide on organic foods for your new baby.

Kate Hopes for A Boy and William a Girl

It could be the honest wish of an expectant mother, or it might be an elaborate double bluff.  Either way, the Duchess of Cambridge has apparently let slip the sex she prefers her first baby to be – only two weeks after we all thought that she had revealed what it was anyway.

Kate is reported to have said that she would like to have a boy and William a girl.  Uncertainty?  Possbibly.  But it has come with memories of the Duchess’s visit to Grimsby this month when she accepted a teddy from a well-wisher with the words, “I will take that for my d…”

So who knows.  I guess we will just have to wait and see.

Prince Williams in Baby Training

Prince william is so excited about becoming a dad, he’s already started creating his own lullabyes and telling bedtime stories to his unborn child. He has read in one of his books that it is never to early to start talking and interacting with the baby bump. William has also been telling stories that Princess Diana once told him, saying that it is a waming feeling incorperating the whole family into the pregnancy. It is belived that singing and talking to the featus can help the baby with establishing increased mental and emotional development in laterlife.

Pre-natal Make overs.

When the first agonising labour pains kick in, you would think having your nails done would be the last thing on your mind.

But for a growing number of mums-to-be, getting glammed up for the delivery room is as vital as timing their contractions.

Imogen, 30, whose baby girl Ariana Siena Horsley was born by Caesarean just over a week ago, said: “I went for a blow-dry before I went into hospital. I’ve seen some awful photos of women who have just given birth. They look really sweaty and have no bra on.”

Website babycentre.co.uk has also found that pre-birth beauty regimes is a hot topic among mums-to-be. The Hot checklist to follow just hours before giving birth includes regimes such as: Facials, Manicures, Pedicures, Blow Dry, Hair Cut and a Full Face of Make-up. Midwifes are saying that this new trend seems to spawn from the increase in social networking sites such as ‘Instagram’ where uses soley upload photos os their life and experiences.
