It is very easy to lose heart when your child turns his nose up at anything and becomes a fussy baby! We all start off with the best of intentions, but all too soon we find that our child only wants a chocolate cereal for breakfast and chicken dinosaurs and Scooby Doo spaghetti for lunch.
If you want your child to be more adventurous when eating at a friends house you will first need to get him to him to be less fussy at home. Often it is the snacks your child eats between meals that can spoil his appetite. Straight after school is a perfect time to get your child to eat healthy food as usually this is the time that they are really hungry. Try to resist buying chocolates biscuits and crisp.
