The singer and TV presenter had been due to give birth on Monday May 7, but this afternoon her representative Max Clifford shared the happy news via Twitter.

Clifford told followers: ‘Congratulations to our lovely client @5taceysolomon who gave birth to a baby boy earlier today, both baby and mum are doing well.’

No further details of the birth have been revealed.

The I’m A Celebrity … Get Me Out Of Here! star and her fiance Aaron Barnham are yet to announce the name of their bundle of joy, which is the couple’s first child.

Barnham proposed to Solomon – who is already mother to four-year-old Zachary from a previous relationship – on a romantic trip to New York a month after they confirmed they were expecting a baby together.
